Are Weddings Trickling in for you in 2006?

Mine are coming in pretty good.

Each year so far I have doubled my income, so last year I made 4 times that what I made 2 yrs previous.

I still spend it just as fast though. LOL having spent about $4000 on upgrades in January alone. One day I'll be happy with my gear.

I've also cut advertising this year, almost 100% so my overheads are near non-existant, hopefully this years income will double last years but that's asking a lot I think, it will certainly be more but maybe not double anymore.

Actually, I offer at least as good service since I'm now home more often to respond to calls. At the event, I still do the same good job.

I'm not sure if you mean cause or effect here. If you're asking if my lower prices are negatively perceived by prospects, you may be right in some cases. But I still offer high end packages of $2500 or more if they want.

Lowering fees or rates may be described as adding budget packages to your service. Marketing to more customers can take some creative turns at times. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif[/img]

Just as suddenly, I have booked three in three days. I know the Fernino's in Connecticut would laugh at this (weddings grow on trees there and they book as many as 10 in a day)

Suddenly, I am feelign a bit better about the season. I hope the good momentum continues. I am now at 15 weddings and 2 Bar/Bat Mitzvahs
