I got another idea.
Do you leave any of your mike channel faders up when a wireless mic transmitter is off?
Some lesser wireless mic receivers have no mute/squelch when the mic trans. is off. Or on better ones the mute/squlech needs adjusting.

I used to use low model Nady VHF mics and when the squelch opened with no transmitter "on" the noise was so intense it would leak through my DM1800 and out the output even with the mic fader down.

Also those EON's have very hot HF horns and drivers they may be intensifying the high end noise of the BBE.

Good LUCK and be SURE to let us all know if you solve it. I have seen very few noiseless systems in action personally. If you place your ear next to a speaker with no signal you will usually hear some noise. Only thing I know for sure is that your mixer is generating some of this for sure as it is not a very high end one. I had one of the same models way back when and it always had noise! Even using balanced connections throughout the system changed absolutely nothing for me...
