Hey DJ Donny,
You never know what kind of gig you might need a wireless speaker for but it's nice to know it's there when you do. I just did a wedding today at my favorite hall and have to put one in the back because I am placed in the front of a room about 100 feet long and fifty feet wide. It keeps me from over powering the guests up front to reach those in the cheap seats. Well just wanted to give up another Idea to those who can use it.
Thanks

Ron,

I'm trying to find one of these online. Which adapter do you use and where did you buy it?

I've used both mackies and JBL Powered and am not impressed with either of them for what they cost.

i'm considering two alternatives. American Audio's active 15's or Peaveys active 15's. I've heard the AA's powered and they sound great and have some great thump. The peaveys i've only heard unpowered by they handled very well. Both brands are bout half the cost of jbl and mackie

Well i agree with JBL and Mackie Not Being Good but lets be more specific, for Subwoofers i suggest the QSC HPR18i 18" powered series subs and i was about the get the Mackie 18" but really they had a floor model and i was not impressed so i took the guys at GC word and bought me 2 of them. the jble 18" single ones sucked big time and for my highs and mids i love the portability and easy setup configuration of the eon series powered speakers i have four 10" that i use and i place them accordingly to the dancefloor for maximum enjoyment so there you have i recommend this soundsystem.

2 thumbs down on the JBL LX18 somethinglike single 18" power woofer
1 thumb down on the Mackie one
and 2 thumbs up on the QSC 18"
and the jbl eons are the bomb except the subwoofer model from what i here they suck too.
