I have a fairly new "Fusion" light, not the most expencive, but very active with both mirror and bounce being sound activated.

So anyway last weekend I notice one of the four lenses not moving along as the other three. So I took it apart knowing I have a gig for this Saturday.
Sure as hell, one of the 4 motors isn't moving. I take it apart despite still being under warranty because I needed it, pay for it myself or not.
So Monday I called the service dept and they assured me they would take care of it and I would have the part in time.
Well at 4pm Friday I did not have the part and UPS has come and gone for the day.
So I called again to track it and was told it went out Tues, regular UPS which means Monday delivery.
They put me on hold for a couple more and they told me i'd have the motor by 10 am Sat UPS Red/Sat.
Well all of this without even a question of age or reciept or source or whining and complaining, I was blown away.
I mean if this was a $500.00 light I could see it, but it isn't.
So just what is that worth?
Well it's worth an honorable mention here at least.

Now I am recalling the way Barry treated all the guys at 7 with door prizes and I am even more impressed with the way this company operates.
We all spend a ton of money on this stuff over time, and this will certainly factor into my next purchace.

Since we're offering complements, I live very close to the Gemini HQ in NJ, and their audio service department was equally spectacular, I must admit. I've since moved away from using their equipment, but certainly not because of their service, which I considered second-to-none.

I seem to receive good service from whoever I deal with, I do think some people start off on the wrong foot or can sometimes come across as a little sarcastic without realising it and that gets ya nowhere!

I always make sure I am well informed and polite when calling, and they in return respond with good service

Take Peavey.. I call their tech guys all the time to chat about ways of connecting this with that and how it would effect something else and they always try to give an answer, sometimes they point me to a relevent web page

So far only had to deal with Peavey, Numark and some minor companies all giving excellent support..
