Pioneer cdj-1000 - anyone use Mp3's on the old ones?

Hi, i want to know if anyone was successful on using any Mp3 CD's on the original Pioneer cdj-1000 or the second model cdj 1000-MK2.
I already know that the 3rd model the MK3 has Mp3 support, i just was curious about the first two.
