Calling all Digital DJs

If you were to start all over again... what would you do differently?

This is a direct question for Digital DJs and mainly aimed at their playback equipment.

Be it Software or Hardware related,, please also extend this into the PA equipment as many purchased this to go with the move to Digital.

I'd build a rack system and would pick different software.
When I started, there was only 2. I'm so used to it now that I don't really want to change but probably will.
There are dozens of playback programs out there now.
I would also ripp in lossless. (also not available when I started)
