Shock Mounting Drives

How do you guys feel about shock mounting drives.
Not an issue with the laptop guys so much, but the rack mount chassis with internal chassis mounted drives.

Do you do anything to protect your drive or drives from shock?

Do subs cause enough vibration to harm hard drives?

For my own personal Box, I use removable bays, and anytime my box is transported the Drive comes out and is transported separately.

When I have built custom units for other DJs I always shock mount drives or the fixed portion of the drive bay... Just gives it that extra bit of protection, as I never know how another DJ will treat their kit.
