What type of speaker stands do you use, I have used the plane Jane stands from the beginning but with all the new stands coming out I thought I would ask.

Who uses the crank up stands and how do they hold up, how about the Ultimate stands with the quick release colors, what are your thoughts.

I've used Ultimate Stands for many years and they hold up well.... I also have two sets of the crank-up stands

I have mostly Ultimate speaker stands, but have a pair of On Stage stands too. Like Jam said, they have taken the regular use and abuse rather well.

Many moons ago, I bought a pair of generic stands that I found on sale... and it took less than a year for them to fall apart and become practically useless.
