Alexa Toolbar Revisited

Does anyone here other than me and DJMC use the Alexa toolbar?

It is spyware, but it can certainly help determine the popularity of a website.

WeDj for example is ranked at 7,107 in the world. Gigbuilder.com is not far behind, but both are ahead of the rest of the pack including Pro DJ, DJA, DJ Soruce Online, etc

I use that and the Google bar at work and at home. I am thinking we should wage a campaign to help out all of our sites. We visit each site on the list and click all of its pages for at least 5 consecutive days. Then, we see the popularity of the sites soar (hopefully)

Anyone game?

I use the Alexa and Google toolbars myself. In the last few months, my website has gone from over 500,000 to just under 200,000 and that's without doing a bunch of click throughs.

It's interesting to watch the progress of your website reankings

I am in the 160,000s with djmaine.com (Its highest to date)
My Maine Wedding Planner website is around 100,000, DJSO is at 50,000

I myself have gotten stuck at 214,000. For a long time I was around 204,000.

In order to bring myself up, I need to advertise in Korea and get alot of people there to click the link to my web site. (j/k)
