Anyone wanting a primary amp? I have a demo (used in my studio for comparing speakers for last 2 months, NEVER gigged) model QSC PLX-2402 I am about ready to let go of. Can not advertise the price though (MAP issues) so email me if interested.

I believe they are rated at 270w/chl 8ohms.
Convection cooling with massive heatsink on the back. No fan.
I just moved up to larger Crowns and now,it just sits.

That is a really great vintage amp at a great price.

I just paid $200 for a brand new Samson F-800 with a THREE YEAR WARRANTY. The amp is rated at 275 watts per channel at 8 ohms, but it puts out three times as much distortion as the AB-Int.

But I needed a "backup amp" and it was cheep with a good service plan. I'm now using it full time with my subwoofers in the 40-100 hz range only.

keep it and use it for your subs!

I'm really impressed with the sound put out by the Samson. The quality of the build is really high, the fan is always on (a good thing), and it looks good in my amp rack.

Like I said, people seem to like slightly boomy bass....

for the mids/highs I'm sticking to Crest!
