Fact: Intelligence/Webmin has about 300 customers

Fact: WeDJ has over 9,000 customers, of which over 1,000 are "Silver" or "Gold"

this is clearly a case of Gillette vs Schick

FACT: DJ Webmin has simplified the way I do business.

FACT: I show up higher on the search engines for relevant searches than WeDJ.

FACT: At least DJ Webmin didn't name the "other" service in their email. DJ Webmin's was tactful and professional. WeDJ.com was defending itself.

I think I'll stick with the service that overall provides a better product when it comes to service and reliability.

As for the email, I didn't start the mud slinging and the message I sent went ONLY to those who already had the Realtime product, NOT to the general public. As for the product, I'm glad you are satisfied with what you have, after all, if my first car was a Pinto and I had nothing before that, I'd be happy too -- that is, until I saw a Cadillac!

I've always hated mud slinging, no matter where it comes from.

As a consumer, I often have to question the company or service that resorts to "mud slinging" to get their point across. Once I have to do that, I am "turned off" on that product or service instantly!

If the product or service is good, then it should speak for itself.

I now use DJ Intelligence and DJ Webmin. This service has been invaluable for me. This service is no Pinto, Yugo, or Hyundai Excel. Anybody who actually uses this service knows that.

I'm listed in the top 3 on various Google searches. Just accept it.

I now know which service is more friendly, less hostile, and provides a better product. It's all about service and your tone isn't going to win you new customers.

Chris: We don't want customers with your type of attitude. Do your homework and you'll find out who's zoomin who here.

As for keywords, Its my job to help people (even like you) to get gigs.

I OFFER MY SERVICES FOR FREE TO ANY DJ IN Chris's market. I will get YOUR SITES listed above his listing in multiple keywords on ALL search engines using tips I provide to DJs every day! These are the types of services we provide to our clients every day. I just now have an exterior motive to try a bit harder in Chris' market.

Somebody needs to knock this guy down to earth and make him realize that we are here to HELP.

That's funny. If you type in the keywords for my area, I come up #1 on the search engines ahead of DJI and WeDJ.com.

I use WeDJ.com and have to say that I like the program and for me the service has been great. I guess I've been able to figure out how to use the GigBuilder function so I don't have any questions to ask. Oh yeah, it's free for silver and gold members.

Your product and services might be all that much better if you just listened. Perhaps if you answered your customers inquiries quicker. Perhaps if WeDJ wasn't plagued with recent problems (lack of customer support, down time).

Clearly with your current tone people will be more than willing to try different sources other than WeDJ.com.
