NAME and WeDJ.com Compromise in las vegas

One of the most positive things to come out of the conference was a compromise between NAME and WeDJ.com concerning insurance and our existing marketing agreement.

Until August, 2006, WeDJ.com will not actively solicit insurance from existing NAME members. In return, NAME will drop any type of legal action they were planning or had in process against WeDJ.com or our insurer.

On another note, the ADJA still will not sell WeDJ.com a corporate membership. Drax??? can you hear me?

Why do you suppose that ADJA will not sell a corporate membership to Wedj.com? I can't imagine why they wouldn't want the membership revenue........there's gotta be other factors involved that we aren't aware of.

Am I to presume this is to be interpreted as "If you and I are friends, you can't be friends with someone I don't get along with"?

That would seem to be the underlying issue as I understand it Wolfie...

It appears as though everyone cannot get along...

I get sucked into that too sometimes.

Hmm, that reminds of a position I find myself in.. no company names mentioned within the digital DJ software business of course.

But due to me being friendly with other people somehow made me an enemy of others.. oh well... not my loss that's for sure.
