DJSO is more than just new England

Wolfie makes a great point about this site being dominated by new Englanders. I guess I don't get out enough [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif[/img] but I would like to point out that ANYONE from ANY association, ANY type of DJ, and ANY geographic area of the country or the wotld is more than welcome to network and share.

I challenge each and eevry one of you to invite one friend here in the next week. I am going to streamline the registration process so it will be easier to do.

I believe we could get 50 new members if we tried hard enough.

Think of it as at least 50 new schools of thought on the DJ industry.

Just for the record,

The reason that DJSO is dominated by New Englanders is that coincidentally Jim, Rob, and myself are all from this area and we each brought alot of people here....Furthermore the DJ Idea Sharing events that have taken place in NE have also exposed DJSO to more people in NE. It is great to have a forum with so many DJs from one region, however, it is key to have many from other regions as well.

Spread the word, especially to those DJs who have NEVER been to ANY DJ forum.
I always direct DJs to check out DJSO when they ask me questions about things.
You should do the same!

Still going to pop in, but, you need to do MAJOR changes to the forum to make it more "worldly" and appeal to more DJ's from all over. Right now, as alluded to here and elsewhere, the roots for this forum are in New England/USA and many of the posts do have a regional/USA feel to them.

Just my view from up north.

No I can't... But Mike will be there.

I haven't had a chance to talk to you in a while. I wanted to update you on things.
