Sunday night our 3rd Annual MDJN Convention took place at the Hilton Garden Inn in Portland, Maine. We started at 3pm with hors d'oeuvres and drinks with Networking.
The MDJN had a meeting seperate from our guests from 3:30-4:30pm
Our first speaker could not make it, so Matt Peterson delivered his keynote address on Networking an hour earlier than scheduled at 5:00pm. Man...can Matt talk LOL
Dinner began at six and the Networking continued.
We replaced the Accounting Seminar with a Contract seminar that went from 6:50-7:50pm
With Heavy Snow falling, Dave Dionne than delivered a seminar on insurance until we broke for good at 8:20pm to allow people to drive home safely.
MDJN had a brief 10 minute meeting to induct three new members
Welcome to the Maine DIsc Jockey Network Mark Sawyer, Scott Labbe, and Dave Winsor!
All in all, this was our most successful convention to date!
