Ahh I see Jim and a few others see fit to pull up things and copy and paste from other places to run our service down - I NEVER hardly ever see anyone copy and pasting GOOD things about our service but of course its the old rule of thumb - find something to slag someone down about before giving them credit for anything good they do ...What you are saying is irrelevant to me and I do not care what you think Jim but continue your quest for whatever reason you seem to feel its worth spending time on:

There is a minor amount of times we have certain logistic and customer miscommuncation problms but it happens ALL the time in EVERY industry on EVERY day of the week - if we were perfect then the world would be perfect but its not:
