Urgent Alert For Our Members
July 7, 2005
Dear WeDJ.Com Member,
We are looking out for you. There is a company called Pinnacle Entertainment AKA Let's Dance Productions that has scammed many DJs as well as Bride's and Groom's.
This company regularly contracts and receives payment from customers for wedding entertainment, then attempts to subcontract the work out to other vendors.
When they find a vendor, they allow them to perform, then never pays the sub-contractt.
When they can not find a subcontractor, they many times simply do not show up for the event, and keep the customer's money, blaming it on unforseen circumstances.
The company uses misleading (internet) phone lines and in many cases, bogus addresses making it almost impossible to track their moves.
The good news, is they HAVE been found.
HAVE YOU BEEN BURNED?
Right now, there is a joint, Texas and FBI investigation looking to file criminal charges against Pinnacle and their owners.
WeDJ.Com has agreed to aid this investigation in any way that we can, in order to protect our members, the general public, and our industry from this companies bad business practices.
The Carrolton Texas Police Department and the federal Bureau of Investigation needs your help. If you have been a victim of Pinnacle Entertainment / Let's Dance Productions, please visit
http://www.wedjsupport.com/pinnacle.html and let us know.
This is YOUR opportunity to help protect our industry!
