Currently you will probably see the mentioned associations appearing and disappearing online as they stablize from a needed move.
Due to a hard drive failure, both myself and the other Glen Millar have been moving a ton of sites to a faster, heavily featured box.
I expect the above sites to stabilize by Friday, as we are doing the sites in parts. (CODJA is now made up of 5 other sites including an e-store)
