You do “not” own the songs.

You made a purchase of a product to listen and enjoy.. You obtained “NO” rights in the use of your purchase outside the described usage.

It is questionable legally if you have any rights of download other than purchasing said downloads.

I’m sure somewhere in this world you would find someone who would enjoy your rhythmic farts, however, if the talent of such smelly performances are not enough to move your crowds without the addition of others works you are not creating an original work. You are confusing “live” listening performances with “reordered” distribution.. If during a live performance, you dropped your pants, placed the microphone near your azz and proceeded to create those rhythmic farts, mixing in a variety of tracks for this smell-o-mix you are not in violation – however, if you record this mix and proceeded to sell or distribute you are breaking copyright laws.. (phone the RIAA or Henry Fox agency if you don’t believe me).

We are but individuals whom utilize others talent to financially capitalize..
