No.
The feedback destroyer you have is line level-10 to +4 ins & outs. It won't work at -60db mic levels.
And another thing your Samson amp is looking for -10db in. the destroyer is a +4db device
The reason why it ain't feedback destroying is because your mixer isn't driving it hard enough.
Does your mixer have an effects loop? If so insert it there.
Since you Samson amp has no input attenuators your destroyer is slamming you amp.
I bet your main mixer fader never runs much over #2.
