2/21/03 - Great White's last performance in Bangor, Maine, two nights before pyrotechnics killed at least 86 people in Rhode Island. They did NOT have a permit in Maine either.
9/11/01 - Two terrorists use Portland as their takeoff point
8/16/77 - A sold out Portland arena is awaiting Elvis as he dies in his home
