As for the email, I didn't start the mud slinging and the message I sent went ONLY to those who already had the Realtime product, NOT to the general public. As for the product, I'm glad you are satisfied with what you have, after all, if my first car was a Pinto and I had nothing before that, I'd be happy too -- that is, until I saw a Cadillac![/b][/quote]Now why would I tell you what my clients are searching for? I'm listed in the top 3 on various Google searches. Just accept it.
I now know which service is more friendly, less hostile, and provides a better product. It's all about service and your tone isn't going to win you new customers.
